Other: I AM PRETTY CHILL WITH EVERYTHING EVER and Pecha/Izaya is a dick anyway, so I encourage hating him if he gives you reason. However, please try to keep the IC/OOC line (re: issue of YOU knowing he is a dick from his canon vs your character knowing) though if your character knows an Izaya rofl feel free to just hate on him--or if you're like Shizuo or an empath/psychic, HATE HIM FOR HIM BEING HIM. But yes, it makes it difficult if there's ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM for him to pretend to be a nice guy (though mostly this is me being paranoid more than thinking anyone will do this for you all are awesome people ♥).
