Possesses a calm manner that speaks of a patient, intelligent individual who can take matters into his own hands and change them as he pleases. This is about as good as his personality gets. The rest of him is fairly rotten and he has been known for manic episodes in the past. Isaiah is largely mean and cruel to the people he deals with--not initially, and mostly when he's trying to make a point, get information, or they have proven to interesting/offend him in some way. He has a natural disliking for certain types of individuals and doesn't care to deal with people who have no use for him.
However, Isaiah does have an odd attachment for people and has a masochistic tendency to still approach and attempt to "befriend" people who clearly hate him. This also stems from his background as a Lacertan. He adores Lacertans most and, of course, loves to see all aspects of the people he adores. This is not always a good or pleasant thing. In short, Isaiah is similar to the Izaya of normal-Sabra in behaving like a spoiled child with toys to play with. If anything, the adoration for all humans is more concentrated on Lacerta since they are so so so soooo not human and yet people like Allen... they're the most human of all~
Backstory:
Was born on a normal day in a normal way from his not-so-normal Lacertan parents who were then unable to determine what to do with a child so normal and not able to really communicate with the world around him the way other Lacertans might. This was the stigma that Isaiah grew up with and often he was a source of confusion and dismay. During this time, the Feramis family--specifically, Allen--patched him up whenever he was beaten for idle comments he would make that possibly offended some person or another, largely people from other nations. This was a positive influence on Isaiah but alas, he heard the call of Horn and went to answer.
Since then, Isaiah has been known to travel around the realms doing his part as a priest of Horn. He has, since becoming Horn's, caused more than a few conflicts in the realms. These are things he does not advertise but will not deny if called out on them. Over all, Isaiah tends to never stick to one name, despite not changing his appearance, and also tends to keep a sharp eye on whatever it is Allen Feramis might be up to. You may have even seen him in the background when dealing with Allen at some point or another :')
Relations:
Allen Feramis - raburabu~ ♥ Allen was pretty much Isaiah's One True Friend in their youth who also happened to grudgingly patch Isaiah up whenever he did something to upset another person (because for some reason, Allen kept insisting it was his fault and so Isaiah just gave up trying to convince him otherwise for a time). It's because of this closeness that Isaiah feels the need to keep track of everything Allen does during his travels, which may include often appearing where Allen is in the world and making odd commentary/not helping at all. He claims this is to assist with having Horn show Allen favor.
On the flipside of this, their relationship is far from the healthy sort. There have been a few occasions where Isaiah has pushed Allen to the point of anger and frustration--which may or may not have led to some awesome hate sex and therefore more material to use to harass/manipulate Allen. :'D Isaiah is not afraid to admit that he is manipulating Allen, but he will always always always say that it is, of course, simply because he adores Allen so. Allen is and always will be Isaiah's favorite Lacertan above all because even with being such a freakish Lacertan that other Lacertans shunned him, he's so so so sooooo normal and human on the inside.

Lucky - Ran into a troop of Vulps somewhere nowhere and ended up taking one of their books (... vulps with books???) and stomping on it. This may have ended violently and now Isaiah has a tendency to know to avoid the blonde Vulp who claims to HATE HIM SO MUCH. Hahaha.
